Mixing Medium is a water-based, film-forming liquid. Mixed with loose pigments such as Pure Pigments, HD Living Color or others, it creates a creamy consistency. This smooth liquid can be blended easily with a brush onto face or body. Mixing Medium is splash-proof and has a good durability on the skin.
